#BRIDEOFTHEWEEK: Caroline Corbin

Chic & Elegant Floral Wedding
Our #MZBride of the week is the gorgeous Caroline Corbin who got married in our Audrey gown. Surrounded by their friends & Family, the couple held their splendid wedding in the dreamiest location in cabo, Flora Farms.

In the following interview, Caroline shares with us how she started planning her wedding journey and will give you her exclusive tips!
How did you start planning your wedding? What were the first steps?
Jake and I started planning our wedding after travel started to open back up. We took a vacation to San Jose Del Cabo and just knew this would be the perfect place to bring all of our friends and family.

The first step once we got to Cabo was to go look at venues. Cabo has some of the most incredible places to get married, however, we ultimately fell in love with Flora Farms. We loved the atmosphere that the venue provided and once we saw the tent of lights sparkle at night we were sold!

Next, it was time to find a local wedding planner. I found mine while looking at venues on Instagram @marthalomeliweddings and immediately fell in love with her. She made the entire process so easy- especially the wedding day!
How did you know your dress was 'the one’?
Let me start by saying I knew I wanted a Mira Zwillinger dress, I just did not know exactly which one before trying some on.

I was in between the Charla and The Audrey. After I tried on the Audrey for the second time, I knew it was it.

I am very petite so I always thought I would have a form fitting dress. However, the A-line silhouette of the Audrey still gave me a figure while also feeling like a bride.

How did you find working with the bridal store team?
The team was amazing. They made the process incredible easy.
3 advices that you would give to our future brides?
1. Be in the moment on your wedding day. The day goes by so quickly that you will want to cherish every moment.

2. Let the planning process be fun. Not everything will be perfect on your wedding day and that is okay.

3. Make your wedding feel personal and memorable.
What was your wedding theme?
I wanted my wedding to be elegant and classic. I chose all white and greens for florals except for my ceremony.

For my ceremony, I wanted the Chuppah to be the focal point and chose a pink, white, green, and pops of blues.
